Please shop carefully as we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

 Whilst every care is taken to ensure our wigs and products are represented accurately with as much information as possible, from time to time your order might not be quite what you were hoping or expecting. Never fear! Our simple refund returns process will take care of it for you.

FAULTY OR INCORRECTLY DESCRIBED GOODS

If goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, you may choose between a refund, exchange or a credit. Tamed will reimburse your postage costs incurred when returning faulty or incorrectly described products

 All items are thoroughly inspected for defects prior to shipping. You should contact us within 7 days, If you find a problem and wish to return the item.

Please note there may be some slight imperfections due to the manufacturing process. 

All wigs have been brushed for photos appearing on our website.

Finally, note we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual colour of our products. If in doubt, check on an additional screen before ordering to help avoid disappointment! 

 RETURNS FOR OTHER REASONS

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for wrong fit or change of mind. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your delivery if you would like to return it for a store credit or exchange.

 A restocking fee of $50 per wig applies and will be deducted from the returned wig credit. 

 

We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit. Please considering adding tracking, insurance or registering your return parcel. All return postage charges to ShowGirlWigs, except for faulty or wrongly described goods are your responsibility.

 

CONDITIONS OF RETURNED ITEMS FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT:

Wigs: The lace must not be cut and there are to be no signs of wear. You'll have to return the wig with its original packaging, including hair net and outer plastic covering. 

*Original condition means unused, unmarked, and in original packaging* **Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual colour of the shoes.**



Refund : Provided your item meets the following conditions:

- Item must be unworn and in perfect, brand new condition with all packaging and tags intact.
- Item must not have been tried on or worn in any way.
- We must be notified with a Return Request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Item must be shipped back via Registered Mail with a Return Authorisation # clearly on package.
- Return shipment is at buyer’s expense and must be shipped within 24 of RMA notification.
- Item will be subject to a 20% restocking fee except in cases where item is faulty.
- Shipping is non refundable, care products, accessories, wholesale and sale items are non returnable.
- Unauthorised returns (No RMA) will be subject to a 50% restocking & processing fee.
- Item condition upon return is at our discretion.

In the instance of a wrong item being sent or manufacturing flaw, we will gladly cover all shipping, restocking fees and replacement costs.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Missing Items:
Once your item/s have been shipped and you have been provided tracking details, we are not liable for any undelivered or missing items. For greater security and protection select signature on delivery options. If you have a late or missing parcel please contact http://auspost.com.au and use the tracking number you were provided with.
