Mixing Liquid can be used to thin Liquid Makeup or it can be mixed with Mehrons™ Metallic Powder to create an intense opaque colour that is water resistant.
Application: Mix a small amount of Mixing Liquid with Metallic Powder to create a metallic liquid makeup. This can be applied by brush, sponge or airbrush. Dries completely and washes off easily with soap and water.
